Simple. If you are not happy, then I am not happy. Simply return the item or let me exchange the item for you. Please contact me first to see how I can make you happy. I stand behind my products and business. I guarantee everything 100%.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

I offer a free shipping option on most items. Remember,  each item is made to order so it takes a few days to create the item then ship it. If you need or want an item quickly I suggest using an expedited shipping option. It drives me crazy to wait for items and want them as quick as possible also. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
